Christmas Wrap-Up: Christmas Eve

Well we are finally out of our Christmas haze and I had some time to get my Christmas recaps done. Ethan has been battling a double ear ache too so that has made the past few days interesting. Anyways, we had a wonderful Christmas and Ethan's first Christmas was really special. After my family Christmas on the 22nd we had a day to relax before Christmas Eve with my extended family.

My Aunt Diane and Uncle John hosted Christmas Eve. We got there in the afternoon and there were lots of amazing appetizers. We brought buffalo chicken dip as well. We relaxed for a bit while waiting for everyone to arrive. Once everyone was there we ate, talked and then the kids opened their presents. Here's some pictures from the celebration!

Tommy and Lily

Colin, Carson, Cade, Carter, Cole - Andrea and Chris' 5 boys

All the babies that were there - 6 others we're missing. We've got a big family!

And then it was present time!

This little guy loved his gift - Fisher Price Music Table

After presents we changed Ethan into some comfy clothes and hung out and played for a while.

Ethan was getting tired and cranky so we packed up and headed home so he could get some sleep. When we got home we had him open his Christmas pajamas and a Christmas book which was The Night Before Christmas of course! Michael wanted to read it to him so we got him all cozy in his pjs and read him his book.

After reading The Night Before Christmas, it was time for bed so Santa could come and bring our good little boy lots of presents! He looked so cute in his pajamas and he was excited about Santa coming too!
