Yesterday we made our annual trip on the Polar Express! Last year was our first time taking this train ride and Ethan loved it so much we had to do it again. This year we rode the train with my sister and her family. Ethan and Sofia were so excited to ride the train!
Then Santa went around and met with and took pictures with all of the kids. I was very impressed that Ethan hopped out of his seat and took a picture with Santa! Sofia wasn't scared either, she was enthralled. She just kept looking at him in awe!
Then Santa's elf, Selfie, came by and wrote out an official "nice list certificate" for all of the kids who have been nice this year. Of course Ethan, Sofia, Lily and Violet were all on the nice list!
After the Polar Express we kept the train theme going and went to the Choo Choo restaurant for lunch! And of course no visit is complete without a horse ride!
Last year Sofia was only 2 months old and rode in my carrier so this was her first real train ride. She loved looking out the window!
Ethan was excited to sit with his cousins and Auntie Arla and Uncle Teddy!
Apparently Santa has added another reindeer to his fleet, Grumpy, HA!

It was a full day, this little reindeer was tuckered out! I can't wait to ride the Polar Express next year!
What fun! We took Emma on a Polar Express train ride, I think it was 3 years ago now. It was so much fun but it was so far for us to travel to go to it. I love the picture of Sofia looking at Santa! So very cute!!
